Return Policy
Products purchased through the qiaosike.com official website can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery signature or exchanged within 30 days.
As long as the product is not worn out, unused, undamaged, and retains the original QIAOSIKE packaging and label, you can enjoy the return or exchange service.
All customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Warranty and maintenance
We guarantee that all goods enjoy a one-year international warranty period. For products purchased within one month, we can offer an exchange or free repair service. However, the warranty does not cover surface scratches, color fading under normal use, lost accessories or any damage caused by improper use.
If your product has exceeded the warranty period, we are willing to charge a small fee for refurbishment. Please contact the online customer service to obtain more materials.
Please note that QIAOSIKE is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred from returns and exchanges. To ensure the safety of your package, you can choose a Courier company that offers tracking services and insurance. QIAOSIKE shall not be held responsible for any loss during transportation.
